Over all body-mind-spirit workout

10 minutes of basic breath centered stretching (cobra, down-dog, happy baby or dead bug, warrior pose, squats and repeat)

11 minutes of strength training with kettlebells (5 minutes, rest 1 minute, 5 minutes)- swings 10, cleans 5 each side, 10 squats, 10 push ups, repeat for 5 minutes

20 minute walk/run (most beneficial outdoors)

20 minute stomach breathing with eyes closed (either lotus sit or lying flat on back)

Do this 3 times a week.

Drink 8 glasses+ of water everyday
